When you have your couple photoshoot, or we take you away for a sunset shoot, you need to consider your guests. Often, they prefer to just chill out and relax, freshening up for the evening party.

Plan a timeline for your guests too
Depending on the wedding day timeline, they may have missed a meal. Often couples organise canapes and light snacks, refreshments, drinks, or an ice-cream cart.
Laying on live background entertainment and lawn games is always a hit.
The important thing is to remember they don’t need to be out in the heat too long, so whatever you do, you need to plan to look after your guests throughout the day. Your wedding planner will help you with this.

Keep things simple
At some resorts and venues, guests can feel like they are pushed from pillar to post and get confused about what is happening. Try to keep guests together, and movements to a minimum. Your day then will be more relaxed and flow better.
