How the love story begun
Kirsten and Ryan met at a nightclub in Arbroath, Scotland, after which they went on a date to a safari park, and the rest is history.
Kirsten mentioned their families live in Scotland, however the couple had other ideas, they wanted an adventure, so begun travelling around Europe and Thailand. In Paris, Ryan proposed. The couple have now lived Australia for over three years now.
The couple chose Paphos because they wanted a relaxed, chilled holiday and wedding in a location close to their families in Scotland.

The wedding day
Our photography and videography team first caught up with Kirsten and her fabulous Bride Squad at the luxurious Amavi Hotel in Pafos. The bubbly was flowing while the ladies were getting their hair and makeup done.
We then moved to a lovely country wedding venue, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea called the Liopetro Venue in Kouklia, just outside Pafos.
The wedding
To the sounds of a traditional Scottish piper, the ladies gowned up in their dresses, in a rustic dressing room at the venue. Meanwhile, Ryan and the Groomsmen, who wore traditional Scottish Highlands Attire, mingled with the guests, whilst enjoying a few cold beers as they assembled ready for the wedding.
I’m not sure who was more nervous, the Groomsman having a wee dram or Ryan, but as Kirsten arrived, on her father’s arm, in her flowing dress, everyone gasped, and Ryan looked like the happiest man alive.
The newly married couple then enjoyed a few drinks and chatted with the guests. We then had a really quick photo shoot with Kirsten, Ryan, and the Piper at the 12th century church just by the Sanctuary of Aphrodite.
After some mingling, the wedding speeches began. The Father of the Bride was full of Scottish wit. Meanwhile, in the Best Man’s speech, Ryan, the Groom, looked a little nervous for a second, but all was well.
The sunset was during the speeches, however, this did not stop us from capturing some fabulous night time shots outside of the venue.
