Yes, in the 21st century way, Rachael and Theo swiped right, which lead to a wonderful romance, followed by two beautiful children, and finally to these two fantastic families coming together, as the couple married on a lovely warm May day in Cyprus.
Rachael says that their paths crossed for years and that they had lived close by each other for their whole lives. They had both moved around the county and lived in the same towns for years before finally meeting each other.
Fabulous friends and family
Sometimes at a wedding, you see a couple that has super close friendships with their friends. Rachael and Theo are blessed with a fantastic bunch of friends and family that love them to bits.
A day packed full of fun
Theo is a guy from the Army that loves to work out, so we took him to the gym for a shoot. There was no posing, he was right in there with a workout and trip to the plunge pool to cool off!
Later in the day, Rachael’s besties produced a guitar in the speeches and sung the most catchy, personal and hilarious song ever, where the “Swipe right” theme continued.

A perfect day
Rachael and Theo describe themselves as Hippies at heart, which accounts for the dreamcatcher accented with pastel flowers and hessian themed wedding. They chose the Azia Resort and Spa in Paphos, and the venue worked so well with their wedding theme.
The ceremony was held, in dappled shade on decking, under a beautiful sprawling rubber tree, in a warm light breeze, that was perfect for the dreamcatchers.
An evening filled with Motown and dance
The evening was fantastic, with the superb DJ Mike Peers working a great mix of Motown and RnB. The couple danced the night away with their friends and family.
Later in the evening, we had a little fun with the couple, who said they were up for anything and surprised them with an impromptu shoot outside. We all ended up roaring with laughter.
