A modern love story
Louise and Ryan met online, and found out that they had both once worked for the same company. Wind forwards several years, and after a Covid wedding postponement, the couple married in front of their beautiful young daughter and close family and friends.
Bridal preparations
The bridal party was in the Nissi Spa when we arrived.
Louise’s style is strong and confident. Tina, the makeup artist, was in her element delivering a strong, full glam smokey statement eye with a neutral lip. An amazing colourful style that reflected Louise’s personality perfectly, and Popi did the most beautiful bridal hair.
As ever, the hair and makup team in the spa did a fantastic job with the bridal party.
Meet the groom
While the ladies moved to their suite, we caught up with the groom and guests who were chilling.
It’s all about the dress!
Back with the bridal party, Louise did her mum’s makeup, and we shot the details – including the dress – OMG, what a dress. Louise married in a Celestial vibes 50’s style ball gown, rocking a modern twist, with an 18th century style, off the shoulder fabric train adorned with stars.

Meanwhile over with the men…
While the bridal party were putting their dresses on, we caught up with the men.
Bridal portraits
Back with Louise, she had a quick bridal reveal, and then a few portraits.
The wedding ceremony
They held the wedding in a peaceful gazebo overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The white paintwork, and the green planting and blue sea – perfect on a warm summer’s afternoon.
The couple chose a celebrant, and the wedding was intimate, full of beautiful laughter and emotion.
A stunning couple shoot
After the wedding, a few group shots, and then a couple photography shoot, on the grounds of the hotel, catching the beginning of the golden hour.
Nissi Beach Hotel is great for wedding photography, with loads of beautiful locations and views.
Wedding breakfast
We then went to the Thalassa terrace, where the guests had arrived for a private wedding breakfast.
A perfect cyprus sunset
Later we had an amazing sunset shoot on the rocks, on the edge of the resort, which extended into the blue hour.
The stars were magnificent
Picking up on the star theme, we mixed in some astrophotography to capture the most amazing stars and milky way over the sea. A magical starry end to a beautiful and memorable wedding day.
