Gary and Charlotte met in the pub, after coming back from travelling the world. In the lead up to their wedding, they lived in Cyprus, posted to RAF Akrotiri. They chose to marry at the stunning 5 star Columbia Beach Resort, overlooking Pissouri Bay.
Their first date… Baby sitting Indy, who today was their cute flower girl!

Getting ready
The day started with Charlotte and the Bridal party in one of the beautiful rooms in the hotel, overlooking the bay.
Spa day
While the ladies were getting ready, the Groom and best men were chilling in the spa!
Hair and makeup
Back with the bridal party, the hair and makeup was getting finished off.

Gary was pretty brave wearing a thick woollen suit on one of the hottest days of the year, but it did look absolutely spot on. These military boys certainly know how to look smart, and their young son Charlie’s matching page boy suit – perfect.
The wedding dress
Charlotte was nearly ready when we returned, so we captured the final preparations and bridal portraits. Oh my, what a dress!
Wedding ceremony
There are a few lovely locations to marry in the Columbia Beach Resort. The couple chose a private lawned garden, overlooking the bay – a stunning backdrop, with vivid blue sea and sky, setting the scene for the perfect wedding day.
The ceremony was Anglican, officiated by the Padre from RAF Akrotiri.
After the wedding service, we all returned inside and enjoyed the air conditioned lounge bar, whilst musicians entertained the wedding party. A really relaxed way for the bride and groom to mingle and meet all of the guests.
Speeches and wedding breakfast
Later we relocated onto a much larger lawned area overlooking the bay. Once everyone was seated, the speeches began.
After the speeches, the guests enjoyed the wedding breakfast. The evening party was kicked off with the first dance.

Charlotte and Gary – you had an amazing wedding day, here in sunny Cyprus. It was so perfect for you. It was our pleasure to be part of it.
